Students will learn the basics of knitting including knit and purl stitches, casting on, increasing and decreasing, two color stranded knitting, gauge, and finishing techniques. Class projects will include two hats.

Students will learn the basics of sweater construction, as they create a children's two-color sweater. Class project will be a yoked, two-color stranded child's sweater.
